HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TAKE?

  • Domestic: 1 - 2 business days for processing, 3 - 7 business days for shipping
  • International: 1 - 2 business days for processing, 10 - 14 business days for shipping.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to COVID-19

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

  • DOMESTIC SHIPPING IS FREE!

 

HOW CAN I VIEW MY ORDER?

  • Order confirmations will be sent to your email. If you cannot find your order just send us an email and we will look up your order history for you!

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • If you need to cancel your order be sure to let us know right away. We have a short window where we can make changes to orders. We try to get your WRISTFLIPS sent out as soon as possible so we can never guarantee we will catch it in time!

 

CAN I RETURN THE BRACELETS?

  • As long as it is within 60 days of when your item was received, in it's original packaging and not damaged you can return your Wristflips!
  • Submit your return to support@wristflips.com and we will get back to you with instructions within 1-2 business days.

 

WILL MY ORDER BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE?

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your order or the product is defective and as long as it is within 60 days of when your item was received, we’ve got you! 
  • Submit your exchange to support@wristflips.com and we will get back to you with instructions within 1-2 business days.

 

DO I PAY SHIPPING FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES?
