Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 60 days of the receipt of your purchase! This means you have 60 days after receiving your item to make this request. We are so confident that Wristflips will work for you that we are offering free domestic return/exchange shipping costs. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. To start a return or exchange, contact us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will get back to you with instructions within 1-2 business days. We apologize but we have to ask international customers to pay for all shipping.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have 60 days from when the item was received for a damage return or exchange. Damaged or defective merchandise is subject to inspection. After approval of the return or exchange, Wristflips will cover domestic shipping costs and send you a return shipping label. Exceptions / non-returnable items

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
